The Square, York

Established Client's requested a revamp of their modern Georgian town house. The building was completely over-hauled & works included new Lutron lighting & control systems, retrospectively fitted underfloor heating, re-modelled interior & the installation of a bespoke hand-built Chalon kitchen.

The finished product was a warm, cosy but very elegant building.
