Rockingham Developments

This scheme was designed to create a new hub of quality homes in the centre of a North Yorkshire Wolds village. Home Farm itself was completely rebuilt. The seven bedroom Main House used hand made clay bricks sourced locally (York Handmade Brick) and the roof was built with reclaimed Welsh slate and clay pan-tiles. To the North a private courtyard containing 6 loose horse stables blends into a pair of enclosed double garages.
